"RTA is a lovely apartment complex. Kaveh, the complex manager is super responsive and accessible. The grounds are well kept and quiet. My 1b1b apartment is very spacious and is more than enough space for 2 people to live comfortably. Due to the pandemic, it is so convenient that the apartment has built in desk areas to make working/studying from home easier! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a new home!"
"The on site manager Kaveh is not nice and very presumptuous and pompous. He has accosted next and my guests on multiple occasions. I love my apartment and the location, but the property manager can be very judgmental and nosey. More than is needed to maintain a property like the RTA. Also the property owner likes to pretend she’s Kaveh’s assistant to hide her identity as owner from certain residents but not others. Feel free to contact me for details or justification."
