Totally Unprofessional,,zero stars for service,my wife is going through some medical issues and was screaming in pain last night so this little troll kicked us out and we are in a bad position,they need to relieve her from her position immediately She definitely has a very cocky attitude (little people's syndrome)Shame on you for doing what you did to people with medical conditions,and the whole world knows about it now,,a world in which lawyers happen to live in,Have A great day and well see you soon,it might not go pro-bono if they ffire you, Touche;!!"

"This place is under new management. I've stayed here before when it was Motel 6, and it wasn't great but it was reasonably clean. I tried getting a room today, and after checking in and going to my room I found the sheets were stained and disgusting and the room smelled horrible. I do not require bells and whistles, but I DO expect the room to be clean. Management did give me a refund without any problems. I explained to them that nobody expects "extras" with a room at this rate, but we do expect it to be clean and sanitary. When I told the manager about my concerns, his response was "well, we're at 80% occupancy" indicating that my concerns were unfounded. The property is clearly being utilized by the unhoused who have few options, but they, too, deserve a clean room if they're paying. Clean it up, buy new bedding, and mandate that housekeeping is doing what you're paying them for, or else you've wasted your investment. I'm hoping management will consider the feedback. I may try this place again this summer. My goal is not to trash-talk any business, just hoping for improvement. Sometimes communication is all that's needed."

"Convienantly located close to the freeway and walking distance to a few fast food places and Starbucks. Got a real good deal on priceline here. Reviews stated issues about homelessness closeby which was true but it wasn't extreme and it did not impact my stay at all. Rooms were pest free which is hard to find when looking for deals. It's rarely both. So I would return when in the area again and I do recommend. The only negative thing I will say was the odd way the air unit takes up a good 5-6 inches overhanging onto the 2nd bed space. And no closet for hanging clothes"

"Convenient location easy to find. Has several gas stations,Convenient stores, shopping centers, and food with in walking distance. Has car rental less then a block away. Plus staff is so friendly they make you feel comfortable and are very nice. Pool is pretty large with plenty of lounging space chairs and umbrellas. They welcome pets of all kinds. And have large refrigerators in room with microwave. You can also get room with bunk beds. The rooms are clean as well as the property and its safe to walk or just relax outside. Oh and there is 2 local fruit stands next to there too."

"Best priced hotel in Davis, for a reason. That's my thing, so I don't mind at all. Sheets are clean, shower works, AC is cold and the gentleman who checked me in was wonderful. Room may or may not have a microwave so ask if you need it."
