"I have lived here for 5 years and wouldn’t choose to live anywhere else in Davis unless I bought another home. The manager, Kristen was so friendly and caring when I came to look at apartments, she was the reason I chose to move to Meadow Ridge. She is friendly and goes above and beyond for the the residents and ensures that the property is well managed. Ion our current maintenance man is very friendly and prompt in addressing my work orders, always. He is by far the best maintenance man they have had in my five years here. I have gotten to know many of neighbors in Meadow Ridge and everyone I come in contact with enjoys living at Meadow Ridge and we believe it’s the BEST property to live at in Davis, if you want a clean, very quiet, well managed community with a friendly community of people. I have a 2x2 cottage and it’s so spacious, and was nicely renovated prior to me moving it."
"We moved to Davis from LA in 2020 and Meadow Ridge was a wonderful place for us to start a new chapter in our lives. Kristen is one of the nicest, most accommodating managers I have ever worked with. The pool, basketball, and common areas are always clean and in working order. They are located walking distance from awesome restaurants and a grocery store. Right next to the highway as well. I recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a place to live."
