"At first I thought the management was great, however after one instance I’ve changed my whole perspective. They only care about money and half solve any problem you have. Now I have to pay more than my deposit because of their own buildings. Very disappointing."

"If you live here you will pay $400/month for electricity. Seriously. The AC is so bad it takes hours to cool one degree, and maintenance couldn't do anything because that's just how the HVAC is. Lots of black mold in the windows and the vents. The management sends you eviction notices for ridiculous things. They delight in ruining your day. I got notices for: - a pumpkin on my porch in the fall (not rotted, a nice pumpkin) - snowflake gel clings on my window in january - a potted plant on my fence (my prettiest one, too) Meanwhile I had neighbors who, for an entire year, left piles of dog poop on their porch. The irony..."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Management only nice to you until you sign the lease. Not only they took all our deposits citing wear and tear for carpet and wall painting just like many other tenants here in the review section. They ALSO charged us extra $$$5000 for molds they found under the kitchen sink which is caused by a internal water leaking problem that they didn't fix properly before our move in. WORSE APARTMENT I EVER LIVED IN."

"Lived from 2019-2021 and this apartment is the worst. They cited regular wear and tear for carpet/wall painting to keep my entire deposit AND kept my overpayment (over $700) from the auto-payment process. Many cars were damaged at their parking lot during due to several of their trees falling on them, including my own, and they have completely denied liability. Office manager was only friendly at the beginning. Stay away unless you plan on suing them after. For those that have been wronged by this apartment because they had taken your deposit like they did to me: the statute of limitations for filing suit is four years, don't let them push you around."

"I've been with Renaissance Park for 8 months now and everything has been pretty great! Maintenance is usually on top of the problem within a couple of days and the atmosphere is very quiet. I love the in-unit washer and dryer, it has been so easy to use for my housemates and I. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is the price increase from my original rent went up quite a bit. I still really enjoy this place, and it has become my home in Davis so I'm definitely staying, but if the price continues to go up this much every year, I might change my mind in the future. One of my favorite parts about this complex is the community activities! For Valentines day they did a spirit week with Karaoke and pizza! It was great. Can't wait to see more event planned here!"
