The Parker Residences

"We've lived here for 6 weeks now, and couldn't be happier. Moving in general is stressful. Moving 3000 miles across the country to a sight unseen property is beyond nerve-racking. We did our due diligence, and landed on The Parker Residences. For anyone like us that needs piece of mind: 1) Yes, it's right next to the highway. Our unit faces Adobe Falls Rd though, and it's quiet enough that we sleep with the windows open. We were nervous about it, but it isn't bad at all! 2) Yes, there is construction across the street. BUT! The structure is totally in place, and it's just electricians and whatnot in and out of there daily. It is quiet, and we don't notice that it's happening at all. 3) It is convenient to everywhere. Being right off the 8 is amazing. 4) The photos and walking tours on their website are dated, and we were surprised on our Move-In Day, but in the best of ways. Our unit didn't have a fireplace like expected, but its for the better for living room space purposes. Also, the kitchen/bathroom cabinets were black online, and are actually a much nicer white. The countertops are grey. 5) The staff here is wonderful. Julien, Michelle, and Marco are patient saints. They kindly sent along photos and videos leading up to our move in, and made our move-in day totally seamless. The maintenance team has also gone out of their way to introduce themselves when we see them outside on the property. Everyone here is memorable in the right ways! Simply.. Thank you all! Quality customer service nowadays is rate, and this is what it's all about! 6) Having an attached 2 car garage is a game changer. I'm shocked they don't show them more in photos and the walking videos on the website. It's a huge plus. 7) Our place is huge. Worth noting: It is 3 stories, but if you are paying movers... It's likely 4 floors, because for our layout at least, a neighbors floor is actually between our garage and 4th floor. We absolutely got our butts kicked when we moved in. Now that we are settled though, it's so nice to have all the space! :) 8) The amenities are meticulously clean. There is a beautiful pool, a new gym, and a nice package locker room. Thank you Parker Residences Team, we love it here! To the Parker Residences owners: I hope you know how amazing your crew is here! They stand out compared to the 14 other locations we had been looking at. Treat them well! :)"

"I have had a wonderful experience doing rental business with the Parker Residences. I want to thank all staff for being respectful and explaining everything to us and making it a safe and wonderful environment for me and my family. One who stood out and made all this possible was a man by the name of Julian Aguilar. He was wonderful and professional and patient with us throughout the whole process of us moving in and making this next step. To Julian , we say thank you ! And we appreciate you for all your help. The Parker residence does a wonderful job in picking out staff and who they chose to represent their company."

"Clean, location is convenient to anywhere in SD, and having a nice mantainance team. Gave four star for being charged 770 after move-out cleaning.. Overall, we had a nice stay in this community."

"Marco and Julian have been the real MVPs!! The staff here are extremely friendly and professional. I can tell how much they care about their residents and listen to their needs, which is AMAZING. This place feels very homey and I’m loving it here so far! I really love the size, cleanliness, modern look/feel, amenities, hospitality of staff, and location!! The only con I have is that there were some broken items in the unit upon moving in including: leaking showers, broken ac, broken garbage disposal, broken closet bar, and leaking washing machine. Maintenance has been good about fixing things in a timely manner, however they are understaffed and definitely should hire more workers to reduce/distribute the workload. I suggest a more detailed inspection prior to move out/move in to make sure everything works. It also would’ve been nice to know beforehand about the construction going on which causes noise and reduces street parking. Overall I’m so glad that I made the choice to live here and I would recommend this place to everyone!"

"The Parker Residence Staff is amazing!! From the front office to the maintenance staff. I mostly dealt with Julian who was so professional and so thorough in his process. Super friendly and very inviting that he makes you feel like you belong at the Parker Residence. I recently had a few items that needed attention and Eliseo the maintenance member was so kind and very professional. I'm really enjoying living here with such great team members working here. Shout out to Julian, Marco and Eliseo for an amazing experience."
