"Absolutely do not recommend living here. The land lord and property management knows the whole building is infested with cockroaches from the restaurants downstairs and refuse to fumigate the whole building. They know that families with babies live there and a majority of the residents aren’t even aware that there is a fumigation service with their contracts to live there. The cockroaches move every time an apartment gets fumigated and the land lords do a poor job in maintaining the entire property. Residents have been living with roaches for months now and while I lived there the land lord refused to get rid of the issue completely. The maintenance is so poorly managed my pipes burst and my apartment was flooded. Any repairs I requested for months were met with ignorant responses or simply no response. The restaurants downstairs are roach infested and I simply wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I went thru. This place needs to be bought by a new company who actually cares about people and not just their management company. They did not reimburse me for damages to anything I own and then their “repairs” ran my electricity up, they didn’t compensate me for where I had to stay when my apartment was still drying from the flooding, and then the land lord had the nastiest attitude when I was trying to reach out to her. Very disgusting."
