"Since my recent move into the Monte Vista Apartments, the property has been excellent. The scenery is enjoyable for a walk and the new fitness center is outstanding. The pools and amenities are great, but the most commendable aspect is the consistency and reliability of the maintenance personnel. Art in particular is committed and consistently exceeds expectations to ensure your maintenance requests are attended to efficiently and in a satisfactory way."

"Monte Vista Apartments maintenance supervisor David is awesome. First off he takes his job seriously and is very professional at all times. Very respectful and attentive to each and every problem. He made sure I understood what the problem was that was occurring and went above and beyond to help me to understand how to avoid it once I’m an official home owner. Not to mention normally when any one enters my home my children are a bit standoffish but they all take a huge liking to David. He takes his time & the job is never rushed, he knows exactly what he’s doing and his job is always well done!!! David thank you for all you do and have done in my unit and for being always a respectful gentleman, hardworking and a caring human being. Monte vista truly stand out because of you!"

"The Monte Vista crew is AMAZING! We moved in a couple weeks ago and had a few maintenance requests that were handled with the best customer service. A big shout out to Felipe - we have a request for our bathroom door and he went above and beyond to help resolve the issue in the time that he promised and made sure we are happy tenants. Everyone from the front office to maintenance were willing to listen and problem solve with us and it has made the experience so much better. There is a reason we decided to live here again - the people are great!"
