"Just toured the place and must say the high ratings doesn’t do this place justice. Everything was immaculate from the grounds to the amenities. We didn’t get to meet the staff but I gather they’re just as nice as the complex and the surround area. A true hidden gem right here and I look forward to staying here when my lease is up. "We have been living here for about 6 months now, and our experience living here has been great. The staff, both the the housing office and maintenance workers, are responsive, professional, and have a warm presence that creates a sense of community. Their professionalism extends beyond just the smooth move in process. If there is ever an issue that needs to be addressed, we can count on all of the staff to respond appropriately and promptly. There is a short trail just outside of the complex (marked "Stonecrest Village Trail" on google maps) that goes around the larger neighborhood, and we enjoy daily walks with our dogs there. While being close to shopping areas, highways and downtown, this provides a feeling of quiet and solitude that is hard to find near apartment complexes. I don't usually write reviews like this, but the staff here really deserve it!"

"I had an excellent overall experience living at Arcadia apartment complex. The management team was always friendly, approachable and responsive to my needs. The property was well-maintained, and I appreciated the amenities like the pool, outdoor grills, hot tub, and fitness center. I would like to especially point out Gabe and Jesus for being so incredibly helpful and responsive in terms of maintenance. They went above and beyond on multiple accounts. In fact, they helped me quickly to remove and install a new lock so that I could make it to work on time. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful place to call home and will miss living here!"

"I've been living here for a week now and so far I liked everything, but another important thing to mention is that everyone I met and who have been living here for a year and more, tell only good things about this community. I'd like to mention the great residential service team here and guys in the leasing office, they are the best especially Stephany which helped us to find the perfect new home here, I would say she was the one who helped us make this decision and I really appreciate it and Shery which assisted with the move and also was super friendly and kind. But you can be sure that all the guys here will help you with everything you need. I highly recommend this community at least you need to visit it to see everything with my own eyes."

"My husband and I have lived here for about 3 months and we absolutely love it!! The area is well maintained and quiet. Everyone in the leasing center are super friendly and helpful! I wanted new blinds for the windows in our loft and the maintenance staff custom ordered it and put it up within a week (due to delivery time of the blinds). We love living here and to call this place home!"
