"Avoid any building associated with Lloyd Russell! It's really unfortunate because he seems to be a nice man, but he has made the unfortunate decision to hire a guy named "Steven" who by no exaggeration is the most unpleasant person on earth, to manage his properties. I've lived at the Louie for many years and every piece of communication with Steven is met with arrogance and a condescending tone. He also is completely incompetent at his job and to make matters worse he blatantly lies. I've also heard many horror stories of other tenants saying he straight up scams people when moving out of the building by keeping security deposits. Basically, the Steven problem is too big to ignore. Lastly there are probably 50 people that want to write this review but are too scared knowing that Steven will make their lives hell by giving them phantom charges, stealing their deposits, ignoring future requests, or not recommending them for future apartments. There is a building wide group chat dedicated to Steven where people trade horror stories on a weekly basis. The problem is too big not to warn others, despite the fear of backlash. AVOID any Russel Lloyd project at all costs. You'll save yourself a ton of stress and money."
