Quail view apartments

"The apartments are roach infested, I have reported broken things for MONTHS and I am still on the "wait list" to get everything fixed including a toilet and a wall. When they do come to fix, they have left me with unfinished work. The parking situation is very strict including the tow truck circling around to see what car doesn't have a correct sticker so they can take and no visitor parking, you cannot park in your own parking space if you do not have the correct sticker (you can't switch your cars between the parking spaces that belong to YOU). The water is very expensive because it is split between multiple households, not just yours. In my case I pay more than how much water we actually use. Also EVERYTHING has a fee. If you have oil stains on your parking spot you get a $50 dollar fee. If you have any type of furniture in your porch, you get a $50 dollar fee. There are so many other fees you can get charged for because of the silliest reasons. The management is also not the best, from personal experience they are not helpful at all and only take action when it benefits them. I will be moving out soon and would encourage to really think it through and really read through the fine print."

"I don't know how this is a 4.8 rating. Apartments are old. Infested with roaches. They paint over the cabinets and doors instead of replacing. Our front door was always stuck because of how much they've painted over it. Bedroom doors aren't even the correct fit to the entrance huge gaps. I moved in the floors were already damaged so they didn't give me my deposit instead charged me for the floors that were horrible to begin with. Charged me for "paint" why? I don't know there was Nothing wrong with my walls when I left I was only there a year. They literally will look for anything to charge. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very noisy at night as well screaming and stomping neighbors."

"Absolutely loved living in this complex. Management is friendly, attentive and responsive. Propety is clean. Units are spacious. Would have loved to stay there longer but Escondido was just a bit too inland for my liking, Quail View was one of the reasons I stayed there as long as I did!"

"So, I just recently moved from Quail View and honestly Wonderdog Management met all needs required by a management company. They hired a young lady by the name of Joanna. She seems to be more interested in making your stay comfortable and worth your money. The move was due to me and a special lady getting married but if you need a trustworthy place to live and a cool manager, PLEASE check out Quial View Apartments. Comfortable and quiet. Enjoy to you soon to be residents."

"The management team at Quail View apartments are very professional they take care of problems right away. They have issues with unresolved broken landscaping pipes and run a leaking fountain so they have to keep putting water in it to keep it running, they do this to keep the appearance of the apartments looking good. There is one more thing I have a roommate who is in a wheelchair and we have a ramp that leads to our sliding patio door but there is no gate separating the sidewalk to our sliding patio door."
