"Our apartment flooded twice in two years and they never called a plumber. The first flooding was blamed on a busted pipe, the second time they said a neighbor was responsible for a serious clog. It’s hard to be 100% sure since they didn’t call a plumber either time. Call the handyman after the first flood? Yeah, maybe. After the second flood? No, that’s plumber time. They’ve had at least five different property managers on site since I moved in 2019, so when you’re dealing with a recurring problem, like multiple bedroom floods and a failing dishwasher, you will likely here “well I wasn’t here when that happened so there’s not much I can do.” If you can’t afford to live someplace decent, at least don’t move in to the first floor apartments at 10958 Scripps Ranch Blvd. They have chronic flooding problems, constantly changing property managers who don’t know how to handle it, and apparently, they just can’t find a plumber."

"I would never choose to live here. Parking is ridiculous. There’s been construction going on for months with nowhere to park. The lot is so overpacked the spaces are small. Mailboxes have been broken into and they won’t do anything about it. Avoid this place if you can."

"Absolutely the worst complex I have ever lived in. We completed the move in inspection and they fixed nothing the entire time we lived there. The parking situation is horrible-there’s broken glass everywhere and they moved the dumpsters in-front of our car. We were blocked in for two months before they moved them. There’s always police at the complex for fights/ domestic violence/ and theft. Our mail has been stolen from the mailboxes multiple times. They refuse to get security cameras or take safety seriously. Everything is cheap inside and breaks. They never clean the dog waste bins either-so the whole place smells rancid. On top of that they continuously change management and maintenance staff. Unfortunately, the staff gets worse and worse. I would run from this place as fast as you can."

"Checked this plane out with my aunt since she’s looking for a new place. This place has low reviews but it must be from the previous management. We talked to Natasha the manager. She has a heart of gold. She was so helpful and kind. Rare to find in the apartment hunting experiences. It seems it’s hard to find just kind people that are willing to help now a days. While leaving the property a resident spoke to us and raved about the manager. How she has turned this place around. My aunt will definitely be renting here. This place made her feel like this was home. Thank you Natasha!"

"I am not the type of individual that would take my time to write reviews, if I do not like the place, I just leave and will not come back. However, in this case, if I did not write a review for Natasha (Apartment Complex Manager), it would be a disservice to her work. I moved in August 2021, and I am still here now. From the paperwork to the actual move in date, Natasha was with me every step of the way. She handled my move in like I was her family, making sure my unit was clean, inspected by her before showing it to me and overall, made the entire experience extremely smooth. I could not ask for more. Natasha does this all by herself, I do not see anyone helping her. Natasha work ethics are top notch, she knows her tenants on a first name basis, and talk to them like they are family to her. I have seen this firsthand when walking to get my clothes from the laundromat. Natasha always has a big smile on her face and super bright energy. I file work orders with her all the time, and no matter how busy her day is, she gets back to me within the hour and have the work order handled as quickly as possible. I have nothing but respect for Natasha and what she has done for me, and her many tenants. This 5-star review is for Natasha and her alone."
