"I have known multiple people who live here currently and over the years and have visited multiple units frequently. The units are very clean and well maintained inside. The building security definitely provides peace of mind. There was a vacancy recently so I reached out to tour the building. The manager, Mimi, who met us for the tour was punctual, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the complex. Unfortunately, due to timing this unit will not work out for our family due to my husband’s military orders but our loss is your gain. This is such a cute community!"
"My mother has been a resident of City Plaza for the past three years, and I couldn't be happier with her choice. Mimi was instrumental in helping me find the perfect apartment for her after a significant life transition. During my recent extended visit, my mother couldn't stop raving about her apartment and how much she enjoys living at City Plaza. She has no desire to relocate! I appreciate the added security of the building's fob system, which restricts access to residents only. This gives me peace of mind knowing that my mother is safe from unwanted visitors. My mother has nothing but praise for her neighbors, the building's peaceful atmosphere, the prompt maintenance response, and the overall cleanliness. The only minor issue she mentioned is occasional flooding in the parking garage. Mimi and David form an exceptional team, and their dedication is evident in the warm and welcoming atmosphere they cultivate at City Plaza. They truly make the building feel like home."
