"Great value for the price and location - if you're looking for somewhere affordable in north San Diego this is a great place to be. I moved in during February 2020, and will be moving out soon. In the time I've been here the staff has been friendly and responses to maintenance requests have been prompt. Very few issues in the time that I've lived here. The apartments are in a great location right by the 15, which makes it very accessible to anywhere in northern San Diego. The bedrooms are nice and spacious, and the walk-in closets are as well. Whitney at the office is both friendly and professional. If you're on the fence check it out - you're not going to find something this affordable in such a good location!"
"Ripped me of my deposit left me with 300 to pay them for “Repainting” though they use cheap paint that peels. Management is terrible roaches all in the walls anyways please dont let them fool you its a terrible place to live."
"Nice place to live but don’t expect your deposit back they will nickel and dime you to death. Cleaning fees for an air filter !!!! God forbid you scratch your paint than they have to repaint the entire apartment. Also watch out for bugs and having your water shut off constantly as they are to cheap to fix the pipes. If your apartment floods and you can’t use it well your on your own as they refuse to credit your rent for the time you couldn’t use it"
"I have been waiting a few months to post my review after moving in, specially after some of the negative ones. I can honestly say I love it here! Despite being next to the highway, it's very quite and cute. The staff keeps the landscaping very neat, and the outside working staff are very friendly. Apartment was spotless when I moved in, everything works great. I live right near the pool and never had an issue with noise. Sometimes kids can be loud but that just gives it more of a community feel. I love being right off the 15 but still feel secluded. My two dogs feel very welcomed and Pool is kept clean. My only complaint is living so close to a McDonald's makes me crave French fries more, otherwise, I'm very pleased with my decision to live here."
