"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Management is beyond incompetent, they allow dangerous people to live in the apartments with zero regard for resident safety. People who are on drugs, people who are selling drugs out of their apartment, people who are violent with other residents. They practice illegal rent raises with zero notice. It's over 1500 for a one bedroom. While this may be slightly lower than market rate, it's the most expensive of any of the low income apartments in the area and others are way better maintained. They take weeks to fulfill simple maintenance requests and often won't do so without you sending several emails. For a couple hundred dollars more a month, you could live somewhere much safer. In the short time I have lived here, people have been murdered, nearly murdered, or dangerously assaulted and management does nothing to get rid of the offenders. Please only move here if it is your last resort! It is not a safe place for anyone, but especially not for a family."

"I am so happy we have Zay as a part of the team now. He is so responsive and works hard to get you taken care of. He really cares about the residents and our way of living and it shows. His and Andrea’s efforts to help and make the property a better environment for us really makes a difference. Thank you Zay and Andrea! The only issue is the regional manager, Wendy. She is incredibly rude and does not care about the residents or our quality of life. She lacks compassion and speaks down to the residents. The entire community feels this way about her and even had a community meeting with corporate about it and it has not improved. I’m positive the reason we haven’t had a consistent property manager or maintenance team is because of her, she is also why so many residents have moved out."
