"The price was great for UCSD students! Not too greedy like other places. And they were one of the few apartment places that had spaces available. I was with them for a year in 2019. The walls are thin, but I don't mind the noise, and probably you get what you pay for, and as a student who doesn't go out much or make much noise, I'd much rather have thin walls than pay 1k more in rent for another place. Maintenance crew came by fast when it was needed. I have no complaints."

"I went to go tour Tuesday and it so happened to be that the person I toured with was Yesenia the property manager. I was extremely pleased and excited to see the property. Not only was she knowledgeable with her property but she made me feel extremely comfortable and ready to apply for this amazing and beautiful property. She not only cared for my needs and what I wanted in a home she also made me feel at ease. To know that she will be the person I will have contact with once becoming a resident makes me feel good that I’ll be living somewhere where the property manager isn’t sitting behind closed doors or too busy to assist, she’s involved in daily tasks just as much as anyone one working at the property. For those looking for a place where the property manager is involved, this is the right place to live at. Yesenia thank you so much for going above and beyond and for the hospitality you gave. "I have lived there for 3 years. Overall it is the best community I have ever experienced. The environment is beautiful when I first visited and then decided to stay here. I still remember and feel grateful for the manager's help (Eddie Black if I remember correctly) when I made the deposit. They also provided great promotion and support during pandemic. The move out is very smooth and their charges for repairing and cleaning are definitely reasonable. My apartment is very inside of the community, so the most time are quite and enjoyable. The noise will be dependent on the neighbors, not only the left and right ones, but also the up and down ones. My neighbors are great and we respected each other. There were only a couple of noise problems during my 3 years stay. Overall I love this place."

"I have lived here for a couple years. I have to say that this is one of the best complexes I have ever lived in. What makes it special is the management is very responsive and very on top of the upkeep. Every year like clockwork they resurface the road, they clean the garages, they trim the trees. The pool is gorgeous, really big by UTC standards and even by downtown standards. I have been to a few "luxury" properties downtown and their pools have nothing on ours. The pool is cleaned every couple of days so it stays beautiful and the pool area is just a wonderful area to hang out when the sun is out. Kinda like a resort spa experience, very relaxing, with the beautiful palm trees and during the day it's really quiet which makes it all the more relaxing. The team in the office is friendly and helpful. There is a nice little business center, club house area even though its not big its a nice touch and its very well maintained. The maintenance staff is super cool. Special thanks to them, they always come to fix issues promptly, sometimes same day, sometimes next day, but never later than 24 hours after the problem is reported. All in all its a gorgeous little community for the price. Only drawback is that the walls are not very thick so you will hear your neighbor. Also this community attracts a lot of UCSD student who live, well, like college students. It's not too bad though. I've been here a couple of years and never had a real problem with noise. Thanks to the team at La Jolla International Gardens for making this place such a nice place, they deserve recognition they work real hard and it shows."
