"Moved in a month ago and I absolutely love it! Lucked out with a 1 BR that was recently renovated. They did such a great job with the renovation - floors fit the aesthetic, counter tops are really nice, sink is large and looks good, modern fridge etc etc! Staff is amazing - Sara and Jon are both so friendly and helpful and responsive. Love having two pools. And the outdoor shower is really nice for rinsing off after going to the beach. Views are great, noise is light. There's coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Gelson's is good if you need a quick grocery. Really just a great place to live. Highly recommend if you can snag a spot!"
"Fantastic location. While the apartment and amenities themselves aren't the nicest considering the price, the close proximity to the beach and PB/La Jolla area is the main draw. Also, John who works in the front office is super helpful and kind."
