"I’ve been renting here for a few years and there managers and team are amazing, very kind and polite, they also have very affordable apartments and duplexes available around the clairemont area that are kept up by there maintenance team which are very friendly and do the jobs needed. I absolutely love living here at one of the apartments, I would recommend renting to anyone who loves or wants to stay in the clairemont area."

"I’m not attacking nobody or I don’t want to be bad but I’m very honest about it. And I don’t care to expose this type of information because I just want to show that things here are not okay. I make around 65k a year my credit is around 630 with additional member person which a credit around 750 and income around 40k a year we never missed any rent payments we are responsible no criminal background or bad marks and we didn’t get approved it for a rent of 2,175dll sadly they Never tell you if you qualify after they choose the best offer , they made us waiting around two moths and in the end for nothing. We deserve better. I read comments like this before I just thought it’ wasn’t true but now if you have same experience you deserve Better. We lost good places and offers because of this agency. It doesn’t worth it. Don’t Waste Your TIME."
