"Avalon La Jolla Colony was a dream come true. After struggling with my previous living arrangement due to dispute with my landlord. This place was perfect for me and my family. Daniel and his team were amazing and very helpful. They were always friendly and always took care of my needs. Not only is the staff amazing, but this property has everything for any living situation. The community is always clean and tidy. The community spaces are immaculate like the gum and grills. If you have kids there a large park adjacent. Grocery store and restaurants near by. Public transport is very close. Very close to Westfield UTC mall. If I ever move back to SD. This is the first place I will call."

"I have been living at Avalon La Jolla for a little over a year now, and I just moved into my second apartment within the community! I moved from the East Coast originally, which was a stressful experience on its own. I remember Angie helping me throughout the entire process and being so kind and patient with me. She sent me pictures of different units to make sure I felt comfortable in the apartment I chose (and it was definitely a winner). I arrived to the complex and realized it was even more charming than the photos. After a year I decided I wanted to down size, in which Daniel helped me! He also made that transition seamless, and went above and beyond to help me with the move and logistics of it all. Being a travel nurse I move a lot, and this has been my favorite place thus far. I have always felt extremely safe and comfortable, which is a huge plus when traveling alone. Super dog friendly with 2 parks in close proximity, and everything you could need in a plaza less than 5 minutes away. I highly recommend Avalon La Jolla and thank you to the amazing team for all that you’ve done for me!"

"Me and my husband just move to San Diego. We fall in love with Avalon La Jolla community. We both love to be able to walk to grocery store. From here just take about 3 minutes to the Vons. The park is super pretty. The safe and relaxing feeling made us feel home."
