"I loved living here. The manager dora was such a sweetheart. The few times we had little issues, she handled them quickly and promptly. The parking there was never an issue, the pool is heated and there is a newly renovated hot tub! We never had any problems with any neighbors. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with living in an apartment."

"I lived in Mesa Pines for about 14 years, and had the wonderful experience of growing up there. It's an awesome place for children and families, and really anyone that's looking for a quiet, well-kept, and fun place to live. I've lived in two different one-bedroom units and a two-bedroom unit, and we found moving/upgrading to be really easy and enjoyed experiencing the different layouts. We took full advantage of the pool/hot tub, laundry room, BBQ area, and garage/parking while we were there, and there's a lot of open space within the complex so that it doesn't ever feel cramped or dark like a lot of other complexes do. It's also in a great location, with lots of food places on Harbor Blvd nearby, the OC Fair within walking distance over the summer, and a nice walking/biking path that runs right by Harla Avenue. In regards to the manager... Dora is absolutely AMAZING!! Her and her family are super kind and thoughtful, and she really puts in the effort to get to know every single resident and check up on how they're doing. We're going to miss them all so much! Dora also cares about creating a strong community vibe and hosts events (pre-Covid, of course) at the pool over the summer and other events around the holidays. She's super helpful and empathetic when it comes to maintenance, affordability, keeping the complex clean, etc. I've lived in and visited a lot of different apartment complexes around Orange County, and have grown increasingly frustrated at the flashy, expensive, and often poorly-constructed complexes popping up by the Irvine Company and others like it. This complex is nothing like that, and is a wonderful place to live if you're looking for real community and affordability. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!!"

"I have been living here for almost two years now and couldn't be happier. Apartment is very nice with a breezy balcony for chilling during hot days, maintenance request are promptly dealt with, neighbors are not noisy, assigned parking, plenty of laundry machines for such a small complex and a lot of good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Very close to the 405 and the 55 and only 10-15min to the beach! Dora the property manager is the best part of the complex. She's always on top of everything and is also a great neighbor. You wouldn't get that "big property management company" feeling with her so you have that peace of mind that if something goes wrong she's going to take care of it asap. You're not just another number here. There's also a very nice park ~5min away (walking) where you can go jog, ride a bike, play ball, etc. Golf course is also super close if you're into that. Really can't go wrong with Mesa Pines."

"I have lived in the Mesa Verde area for over 20 years, and Mesa Pines has been the best apartment ! I've been at Mesa Pines for almost 8 years and truly enjoy the clean, peaceful and private environment. This is all due to the amazing property manager Dora, who is most attentive to all aspects of the property and ensuring it is well maintained. Dora lives onsite with her family and is a wonderful neighbor. All the tenants here are quiet yet friendly and respectful. You would never know Mesa Pines is close to busy streets and businesses, it is that quiet. I am truly happy in my 1 bedroom apartment with vaulted ceilings, lots of light, and a cozy gas fireplace. There was a wait list to move in here, but definitely worth it !!"
