"This place went from great to horrible the Mashcole Property management together with this current manager have ruined the peaceful living that was once felt here from making it mandatory to have renters insurance to walk through inspections of your apartment it’s one thing for one to ask for repairs and another for them to walk into your apartment and make faces manager is annoyingly ill mannered when speaks without listening to herself. Rent use to include utilities now it doesn’t you pay water trash electricity all separate now and whether you sign a lease or not rent keeps going up. Lucky I got out when I did because going now to visit my friend that lives their I can tell things are just going to get worse all they need to do now is charge for the pool and gym too. Hope this review helps and hope you don’t let management fool you."

"Live here. HATE it. Save yourself from a lying salvadorian manager named yesenia that has 2 stories to tell thru the phone. she cant come up to your doorstep and tell her herself what needs to be done. I have had not one but many problems with her lies. Thought she was nice at first but no she will lie to you to end up giving you a peice a crap Appartment. And no its not easy to move im still trying !"
