Dorian Apartments

"Terrible experience. Dirty apartments, gang memeber tagging, stolen car parts, loud neighbors. Not pet friendly yet managers dog is constantly barking. Not to mention not all apartments have ac units however you still have to pay the same price for living without certain amenities. Trash cans in front of apartment windows cause for bad fire hazards."

"Terrible place to live. Manager says there are no animals allowed yet has a dog. Her only excuse was "the dog has nowhere else to go." From what I've heard from others. Poor living conditions trashcans are in front of one apartment's window. Loud up stairs neighbors always stomping."

"The general environment of the Dorian is very friendly, it feels like a true community here, from the exterior decor to the small but sincere encounters here, all in all a very good experience. The apartments are kept clean and well managed, noise from other neighbors at times can be a bit much but that is to be expected at an apartment complex like this. All and all a great place to live"

"The worst part about living here (currently) is that there is a lady that smokes every single day and night.. it is summer time and we cant even leave the windows open for a second because the smell of cigarettes flows through the window. there alot of kids here and the manager doesnt do anything about it. we dont want to die off of cancer from second hand smoke."
