"Very ok I wouldn't rent here again here the crime in the area started to get bad. The floors and walls are super thin even with the renovations they are doing. They allowed the upstairs neighbors to create a lot of noise goes against the lease but never said anything to them. I also never received my deposit in the mail after multiple attempts to contact them."

"I moved out over a month ago and haven’t received my deposit in the mail. It’s really frustrating and disappointing because I wanted to have faith in these people. When I reach out to the office they give me the run around or don’t respond. That a large, wealthy rental company would do such a poor job of returning money to their former tenants is just bad business. I left the apartment is immaculate condition, I was a model tenant. I don’t understand why this is happening and hope that I don’t have to sue to get my money back."

"Christian was so helpful in making this process smooth. Moving from 200 miles away, Christian made sure this move was stress-free for my family and I. Which we are very grateful for. The staff is great, the laundry prices are cheaper than a laundry mat. Security that patrols at night, dog waste disposal stations available and always up to date. Granted some things do need to be touched up in our place as it wasn’t at 100% but the maintenance team was on it right away."

"I lived at Windscape Village for 2 years and had a great experience. I received support from a local agency with move-in costs, and the leasing office was very quick and collaborative with additional paperwork and inspection requirements, and made the process seamless and positive. The unit was move-in ready, spacious with high ceilings and generous-sized bedrooms, and a nice balcony. It was nice and quiet, and I had no issues with staff or neighbors at all. My toddler son loved the nearby dog park and wide surrounding sidewalks to ride his tricycle along. I recently came back to Lompoc and revisited the community. I saw a lot of improvements since the new ownership took over. The apartments look newer and the flooring has been upgraded. The leasing agent Maria is a kind, efficient, reliable and capable professional. She said Windscape was going to become a gated community, and that will be nice for security and peace of mind of the residents. I would rent here again without any hesitation."

"I’ve been a tenant here at Windscape for a while and I absolutely love it. The property is always well kept and beautiful and the maintenance workers are always so friendly and helpful. Jesus specifically is always smiling and waiving. Whenever I have any issues with my apartment he is always there right away to help. I highly recommend living here."
