"BEWARE ☠️ READ THE LEASE! NO BBQing, NO AC, NO fruit plants, NO washing your car in your own driveway, NO street parking, NO attaching anything to the outside of your residence, SO NO THANK YOU! Management continually walks in your backyard unannounced to see if you have violated any of “THEIR RULES”. PRICS ARE CHEAP BECAUSE NOBODY WANTS TO LIVE HERE! A few days after posting my review we woke up this morning with ants in our kitchen. I would never have been aware of this potential problem if it wasn’t for yet another bad review, so thank you for the warning. I don’t want anyone to make the same mistake we did. JUST READ THE LEASE AND TALK WITH EXISTING RESIDENTS!!! ANYONE WILL TELL YOU, JUST KNOCK ON SOMEONES DOOR AND ASK THEM!"
"this is a senior center managed by cold and rather careless people - rent of the seniors we help who live there has been increased continually every other month or...they have to move out - one of the widows we help receives SS benefits and other income totaling $1873 - her rent with utilities went from $1200 to $1638 in six months - if you're looking for a senior residence DO NOT RENT HERE - F-"
"The management has changed approx 10 or so times in a year it is a terrible place to live I woke up this am with ants all over my bed and me this is an ongoing thing every winter and summer"
