"All they focus one stuff to sell nothing else. Terrible sale pitch. No longer will buy from them. Way too PUSHY. Good job. All he care about selling tool product. Nothing else. I That didn’t make a good relationship with customers and helping them. What a joke. In addition, we are starting to get very UNHAPPY. We talk to them out nicely and discuss our issue, but they never really get it done right. We ask when we will get stuff we need or return and they said "oh we will get stuff soon as possible or tomorrow". WE ARE NOT HAPPY ANYMORE. make us HAPPY or not. This does show sign they are falling apart and cause us to go in a different direction. I hope their boss is happy. They are great people and social with, but perform helping us is declining and handling our parts order."

"The team at the Grren Bay office is amazing to work with. Josh is so kind and knowledgeable. Like an human mistakes get made (I’m not saying this happens a lot so don’t take it the wrong way) but Josh takes ownership and gets things sorted out and fixed in a hurry, even if the mistake might not be on him. He does his best to make my job at an HVAC company a breeze and I appreciate him in this crazy world. You don’t run across a lot of people like him anymore."
