"Booked a room on Expedia for 2 adults and 3 children. It's listed as "sleeps 5." Arrived to find two beds, no couch, no pull-out. Asked the manager who told me he didn't know anything about it but would provide a rollaway for an upcharge. Expedia customer service contacted them and manager said they only have 4 person rooms."

"Excellent service in a very quiet place. Staff are great, and anything you might need, they will take care of it. Highly recommend staying there. The management is very competent and makes sure standards are maintained. If you have special needs, they do their best to accommodate."

"Check in went fine. A family of four. The next day I was informed of a noise complaint because they are housing some guy who works nights and apparently believes nobody should make noise during the day because it impedes his sleep schedule. Because my 2 year old had a 20min meltdown and I let the front desk know we were willing to switch rooms if it was that big of a deal. The guy living at the hotel proceeded to bang on the wall at 1am and continue to make loud bangs for about an hour to make our dog bark. When I went to confront the issue upon checking out the lady was completely unprofessional and said she "knew everything" while turning her back and walking away from me. The worst stay we have ever experienced in the past 10 years. The rooms were dirty with particles on the sheets and uncleaned areas such as along the bed frames. Absolutely will never stay or recommend this business. The breakfast was a 3/10."

"I booked this room coming in to see family. The room I was given was terrible. It had a musty smell, was dusty and dirty, the phone in the room didn't work, no remote control in the room, then when I did get one, the TV still didn't work, the coffee maker was dirty, and the bed was lumpy. The eggs at the breakfast were cold. When I complained and requested to check out early after the first night, they refused to refund the 2nd night stay even though I was very dissatisfied with the room. I had no choice but to stay another night. I was given a different room this time which I must admit, was at least better than the first one. I stayed at a much better place the 3rd night I was in town and it was not much more than what I was paying here. For over $100 a night, I expected better. I'll be staying at the Cobblestone next time I'm in town. Much better service and much nicer rooms!!"

"Place was "adequate" with one glaring exception - they claim to have a fitness center. I realize this may not be their most used amenity, but you can't claim to have one and then put in this little effort. I know the level of hotel I'm staying at and I'm not unreasonable - cheap treadmill, couple bikes, we're fine. HAS a cheap treadmill, but clearly been broken for awhile. They kinda had a bike and something that might be mistaken for an elliptical?? They were cheap/awful 20 years ago when they were first purchased . See pictures for details."
