Phoenix Grill & Event Center

"I had gone here several times with my sister, who lived near Baldwin. It was her favorite local place to eat. When she passed away last month, we all met at her house to get things squared away. At the end of the day, we decided to go to the Phoenix for supper. It was shortly after that when we decided to hold her celebration of life at their event center. I called Kristin, their event coordinator, and she explained our options for rooms, food, etc... She was very helpful and made sure we were considering everything we needed for our event. I felt confident going into the day, knowing at least our venue was ready. We had to bring our own flowers, centerpieces, and pastor, of course, but the Phoenix provided us with a beautiful room, comfortable seating and dining, a projector, screen and microphone, and delicious food afterward. I really can't say enough about how well we were treated and accommodated. It's not that we were super demanding, I don't think, but I really got the sense that they wanted this to be a memorable and stress-free experience, such as it was. Chelsea, our server/supervisor, did an amazing job of communicating with me when we needed more food ordered, and she ran the whole room by herself! Oh, and the prices were so reasonable for what we got. I doubt we will ever have an event here again, but I would highly recommend them because of what they did for us,"

"Very good food, friendly service with a great atmosphere. Our son ordered the boneless wings and after letting everyone else try them they all agreed they were better than BWW. I had the nightly special, cheese ravioli in a Alfredo sauce, and it was delicious. My wife had the strawberry chicken salad and loved it. Great menu with something for everyone."

"I ordered the fire shrimp, cheese curds and potato skins. Everything came out hot and fresh! My favorite of the three apps would definitely be the fire shrimp. It wasn't too spicy, had an amazing sauce and crunch. I would definitely go back! The servers were wonderful and the place was very cozy and clean."

"Over the Top service! Great for date night in rural Wisconsin. The food was wonderful, we had the Ellsworth Cheese Curds, French Dip, Spicy pasta with chicken. Very Very nice. The only thing we could suggest to elevate the meal experience.... don't skimp on quality dinner ware. The utensils were poor quality and represents a cheap dinner not the fine dining the chef has created. We understand having an event center attached, but we feel separating the restaurant and event center would go a long way as far as the dining experience. Over all this is an awesome place to spend an evening."
