"This dollar store is so poorly managed. I cannot even believe it. It is disgusting on the outside. It's never open. I'm never coming here. The dollar store in Roberts Wisconsin also sucks. Every time I go in there that lady checks my tens and $20 bills but never anyone else's never ever ever. Even the people in line ask her why and I'm horribly embarrassed My son is even a darker color than I am and he gets the worst of it. I put my head down and prepare myself for humiliation. I give it a two because there's a lot of employees that are very friendly."

"☹️ used to shop here 3-4 times a week. Over the past year the hours of operation are sporadic. You never know until you get there if they're going to be open or have a sign on the door giving yet another unforeseen reason why they had to close early. Staff is unable to keep up with stock and inventory. Many items never leave the carts they're piled onto in the middle of the aisles. In such a small town it's hard when you can't depend on the few stores available to meet life's needs. Please improve guys. We need you."

"This store is a joke, they don't have the space for all the over ordering, your cart is constantly hitting boxes or products falling from over stuffed shelves in the aisles not to mention they say they're open but get to the door only to see shopping carts in front blocking the entry & a sign that says due to lack of staff we're not open. No problem I'll come back but CHANGE your hrs online I piled my kids up coats snowpants and all for what? A closed store in the middle of the day? Shop anywhere but here!"

"I’m not sure I’ve ever been in a retail location that is messier or less organized than this Dollar General store. I apologize for not taking photos, but two aisles were completely blocked with boxes. Impossible to even walk down. About twenty-percent of the shelves were either completely empty of products or products haphazardly there. I would have given it one star but they did have quite a bit of food and beverage and beer selections."

"I was ready to give this place 5 stars mainly cuz they are always open, and somehow they always manage to have what I need. Today, on Labor Day, I needed a can of black spray paint and they actually have three different types! Had to knock off a couple stars cuz the store is so messy. Stuff sitting in the aisles, stuff laying on the floor, stuff knocked over on the shelves, stuff in random locations with other products..."
