"I got married down the road on sep. 24th 2023. My wife was given a bracelet that she had lost at some point through out the night. We called the same day we left to see if the bracket was in the room. We were told “The room has not yet been cleaned.” We asked if we came back, could we check the room for the lost bracelet. They responded with a yes. We came back and got the key to the room to find that the room had been completely cleaned out. (Found this weird since they knew we were coming to find a family heirloom.) unsuccessful on finding the bracket we decided it must of either been picked up or dropped somewhere else. Later in the day we found that there was an additional charge against my wife and myself. When we called and asked about the charge we were told “there was smoking in the room and that’s why the charge is there” when asked who we were speaking to she told us her name is Julie. Unsatisfied with the attitude we had received we asked to speak to a manager. She responded that she was the manager. We told this lady that “We don’t smoke.” (Disgusting and never smoked a day in my life.) she responded “I trust my staff.” Even though her staff failed us time and time again. I’m not satisfied with our stay nor the treatment that was given to my wife. This place deserves no company since all they are after is your wallet. Thanks Julie for letting me tell all my family, friends, and co workers not to use your building for anything. Everyone who follows my reviews I simply say “Pick a place a little further down the road that treats the customer right and is ALSO cheaper.” Julie you should be ashamed of yourself. I look forward to a phone call with better business bureau. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"Andrew, who checked us in at the front desk, was authentically welcoming and helpful. The property was spotlessly clean, inside and out. The indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were open until midnight and the hit tub was HOT and all the keys worked and we're powerful. The beds were very firm and cozy with plenty of comfy pillows. Location right off the freeway was very convenient. There were self-serve cookies at the front desk. Wolfgang Puck coffee was served exclusively in the rooms and lobby. Breakfast included in the price. Quiet. Comfortable temp achieved with efficient unit."

"Was a nice place great breakfast, only thing is the ice machine was broken,our fridge had food in from people before us,there was hand prints all over head board, eww gross.did not dust and it was thick. Hot tubs in room were smaller then we have seen before. Other then that pool looked nice and staff was friendly. Had lots of HBO channels that was nice. Priced decently. No elevator, front lobby looked very nice."

"The room was wonderful, and the front desk staff are incredibly hospitable and accommodating. They offer a discount for truck drivers and freight haulers, which they gave to us for hauling trailers from TN to ND using our personal truck. They were really great about us getting in around 2 AM, and had no problem with allowing us to get a room at that indecent time. From now on, we know where to stop for the night instead of pushing on!"

"We stayed for 5 days due to funeral. They were kind enough to offer us a bereavement rate. The rooms are very nice and quiet, beds very comfy. Their morning breakfast was typical. The staff was very nice and would greet me every day. Unfortunately the pool was closed for repairs at that time, but would reopen after we left. Nicest place to stay in Baldwin."
