"There is no manager here, so it is very common for some neighbors to have loud music at night, or have parties on Sundays for example, obstructing other people's parking lots and common areas, smoking is supposed to be prohibited but many smoke weed on the balconies and patios regardless of the fact that there may be children nearby, the playground is dirty and there are unsafe nails in the wood, the laundry rooms are generally dirty, there are dog feces in many places, lamps that do not work, this is not to mention the very bad quality of materials used for everything. I have no idea if the administration is new because simply since I moved in and signed the contract they have not answered my calls, I have tried to report but it seems that there are no employees and if there are they are not interested in helping, previously my contact was by mail with Brianna, who was still based on procrastinating to solve problems that in the end I had to repair them. In general, I will say that the attention of the employees and the administration is terrible. So it doesn't surprise me that there are more and more empty apartments, the rents are high in relation to what you get, it really isn't worth the money. In addition to the frequent robberies. It is definitely better to look for other options."

"If you never want your call returned regarding a deposit, you’re looking at the right place these apartments seem to never have anybody in the office during the week. I have called multiple times and have not received a call back in regards to my deposit returned. It’s been about a month now and I still have not seen or heard from anybody about anything this place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time. I’ve never even lived here, but seems to me. This place is not worth the money, not having an office personnel Available."

"This place used to be nice. Then they started moving some people in that are very disruptive. There have been a lot of stolen property incidents here including catalytic converters being stolen off of Cars. And a whole motorcycle disappearing.. Not to mention the police are always here. Do not recommend. Especially if you have kids or family."

"Lived here for a year in a one-bedroom unit. The apartment was great for me as a young professional; reasonably priced, plenty of square footage, great storage space, a standout fireplace, slightly weak AC, and parking (while limited) was fine as long as I didn't have a lot of company over. I did have an issue receiving a refund of my security deposit that took a few months to resolve, but in the end management righted the situation. Would recommend to single-car families moving to the area."

"We are very happy with our new home! Everything was clean and in great shape. I love all the natural lighting we get inside. Spacious closets and big patio.It's close to 580 and downtown as well as other great places. We enjoy walking to the trail. Outside is quite and and feels safe at all times. The laundry room is clean with lots of room, I LOVE the gym and the pool is awesome. David and staff are very friendly and helpful. We are so glad we choose The Crossing and look forward to the time ahead!"
