"I was pleasantly surprised by my room. Nice size fridge and a full size microwave. Like all hotels, the floors needed cleaning but the rest of the room was clean. Nice location right off the freeway with a gas station, liquor and convenience store next door. No planned returns to Livermore, but if I do, I'll book again.."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! WiFi didn’t work at all Had to update key every day once I had to get it updated two times in one day Rude employee - tried to make complaint but he refused to provide contact details for his manager wouldn’t even tell me the managers name. Two employees watched me (a female) for almost an hour one early morning. Tv didn’t work only had 2 channels to watch on and they weren’t even in English. And so much more. Then after all this and I email them about my complaints they go and charge my debit card $100 2 days AFTER I checked out and got my deposit back! I had to call them and my bank several times to prove that they charged my card. They refused to issue a refund and said I need to dispute with my bank because “they didn’t charge my card” but they clearly did. They are terrible and the manager refuses to speak to customers about the issues at hand. They won’t even give me any kind of refund for the horrible experience or even return my emails or calls to acknowledge the problems at their hotel. Very bad place! Avoid !"
"Perfect stop on our way home. Everything was really clean. We got a newly remodeled room and it was really nice. We even were able to explore the town and they have a really nice mini golf family friendly park not too far from the hotel. This will be our go to stop on our annual trips to California."
