The property is spacious with units all facing a courtyard with trees and lots of plants and flowers. Amenities include a gym, swimming pool, jaccuzi, and basketball court. Living at The Arbors is made even more pleasant with Covid compliant events and apps (Cobu and Community Rewards) to connect residents and make living more fun. The office and maintenance staff are also very responsive, professional, and courteous. I have lived here for more than 12 years and know that there are other residents who have also lived here longer. It is such a great community to live in and a place I am proud to call home."
