"We have lived here for 4 years and love our home! It’s so peaceful and our new Property Manager Evelyn is so helpful and on it! Maintenance is quick to repair especially during emergencies that cannot be avoided, they are all so very kind! No bugs or pests inside which is such a luxury in the Bay Area nowadays. (Not a fabricated review. Actual tenant here!)"
"It is very, very noisy here. People sit in their parked cars blasting bassy music all hours of the day in the complex, even around 2 AM on week nights. I sleep with multiple loud fans, and still am woken up daily by loud music at night and early in the morning. A good portion of tenants have no courtesy for others, allowing their children to play in the dumpsters and litter everywhere, having violent domestic disputes outside, and not picking up after their pets. The police are called to Parc 88 frequently and my family do not feel safe here. There is a serious bug problem as well. There are cracks and holes in the walls and baseboards that allow pests and cold air in during winter, along with the front door not being installed properly which causes very large drafts of cold air. We find large spiders and earwigs in our bathroom and entry way daily. I do not recommend living here and am eager to find a new home where management and tenants care. Update: Our management writes fabricated 5 star reviews praising themselves after actual tenants review poorly. Everything about this complex is shady."
"Evelyn is the new manager and she is great. I used to live at PARC 88 3 years ago and then had moved to San Diego. I recently moved back to Fremont and chose Parc88. The service is amazing when a maintenance issue pops up. Evelyn has been a blessing."
"If claudia is your property manager then run away. Doesn’t respond to text promptly unless it’s the weekend to tell you “don’t contact her on her days off” only to not respond on “available days”. If you’re into a bunch of kids always making noise, very limited parking, a dryer and washer that performs poorly and takes all day to use, and NO A/C. Go right ahead and sign up. And that’s not the kicker the kicker in this story is I’m being charged for a month of rent I already paid because they poorly managed their new rent platform, integration. No heads up it just got sent right to collections this is after weeks of trying to contact them and resolve the issue. DONT TOUCH THIS PLACE WITH A 10FT POLE. YOU CAN DO BETTER BELIVE ME."
