"It is always 5/5 to the maintenance team for the friendly & quick actions. But would definitely give 0 star to manage team after they change from Cerano to Griffies South Bay. The most horrible apartment management team I have ever seen in the United States. WILL NOT recommend anyone live here if you don't want to ruin your days. I am going to talk to my lawyer for consultation on compensation, complained them in BBB and will move out once the term ends due to this community is no longer suitable to live. -Every time I go to the leasing office to ask for something like the extra key fob and reserved parking lot, they never respond and let me go back to send a message via the website but they will NEVER reply. -I asked for a keyfob for my wife half a year ago SEVERAL times but never got a response from them so we have to share one keyfob. -The gate, elevator is never working. -The leasing office is extremely crowded due to their terrible management experience. I waited for one hour in the line to reserve a parking spot and finally got it. Then on another day, I met the lady behind me in the line and she told me the spot I reserved is hers now. There was nobody from the management team who announced to me that and my car would be towed if I parked there. -I went to the leasing office and checked out what was going on, they just told me they don't have to notice me that and left me out of the door. I was going to call the number on the door to make an appointment and complain but they just hung me up again and again. Finally, a manager came out to discuss with me to try to solve the problem. -Days later I thought the issue was solved then they called me and told me my actions were unprofessional??? Excuse me, you are the management team or I am? Why you are using such an unprofessional way to tell me I am unprofessional????"

"Poor customer service. We’ve gotten packages delivered here and either taken or miss placed. Parking is a nightmare free for all. Cars double park constantly no accountability of towing. There’s multiple cars parked in our garage that aren’t residents. Multiple issues with noise with the club house. Even if you call security they won’t do anything unless there outside. The culture here has changed. The only thing I’ll give them credit for is maintenance guys are solid and very fast!"

"I have been living here for 2 years, the previous company is Cerano, now it is changed to Griffis. The gate has been broken for half a year and still haven't fixed yet. Also I asked the leasing office to give me the renewal leasing offer because I was deciding whether to stay here or not. However, they haven't given to me and my leasing is ending soon. At the same, Cerano was much faster and earlier. The people here in the leasing office is not friendly and cannot resolve your problems. If you are future resident, I would suggest you think twice before considering this apartment. I will definitely leave after the leasing."

"Worst place. Car break ins due to lack of security, gates constantly broken or been broken for 4 months, people stealing delivery packages, and FREQUENT 4am fire alarms that requires evacuations & turns out to be a false alarm. Do not go here if you want to deal with all of this. The owners just want to raise rent (I got an increase of $700 from last year’s rent btw) and does not care about their residents….."

"For those who said this is a joke. This is actually an entrance for existing residents in Cerano Apartments. You’ll need an access code to enter. If you’re future resident, you need to use the main entrance on Murphy Ranch Rd."
