"I had scheduled a tour in advance, attempting to contact the staff multiple times with questions but couldn't reach anyone. Upon arriving at the property at the scheduled time, I found the office still closed. After waiting for 30 minutes, the agent arrived but had no knowledge of my tour and claimed I wasn't in her system. When I mentioned the units I was interested in, she informed me they weren't available and seemed disinterested in selling the apartment complex. Despite not being in her system, she reluctantly allowed me to tour the property without a scheduled time, making it appear like she was doing me a favor. During the non-guided tour, we observed ongoing issues within the property. There were persistent problems with no hot water, and noticeable large-scale repairs were underway right at the entrance of the parking garage. Unfortunately, the agent provided insufficient explanation about the nature of these repairs, leaving us uncertain about their impact on the living experience. Adding to the overall negative impression, the agent casually mentioned an ongoing lawsuit related to the property. This revelation further contributed to our concerns and dissatisfaction with the experience, as it raised questions about the stability and management of the apartment complex. These combined issues left us with reservations about considering the property as a viable and comfortable living option."

"Eleanor review part 1 My husband and I lived here for 2 years and were incredibly disappointed with how the quality of this place went downhill. Our first year was wonderful. The staff was consistent with keeping the hallways and clubhouse clean. The management was approachable and helpful with whatever we needed. They used to have food trucks once a month as well. However, once they switched management from gray star to MGM properties, it became worse. There are so many problems at Eleanor. The staff has no sense of urgency to fix anything. Problems that occurred during this past year. 1. Water - there’s constant issues with keeping the hot water running here and the staff does not always inform residents when it happens. I came home after work and the cold water was out for 4-5 hours without any notice. There has been 2 instances each year that we lived here when pipes have burst which affected the hot water for residents. I’m sure there were at least 5-7 times when the hot water was out this past year. 2. Package room - during the 2022 holiday season, the package room was a MESS. There’s only one small package room for 5 floors and with the amount of packages coming in, the organization system by floor went out the window. The packages were overflowing to the nearby cafe room which also had no organization. We had to constantly dig through packages to find our stuff. In addition, there were times when packages were stolen or opened. There’s also no cameras in the package room so people continued to get away with stealing. 3. Parking garage - the garage gate has never stayed fixed for a long period of time. 2-3 weeks before we moved, someone actually drove through the gate and broke it. Also the security is a JOKE. My husband works graveyard shift and saw security guards sleeping in their car on the first floor entrance. I’ve never seen a security guard walk around the garage which goes on to my next issue. 4. Car vandalism. In August, we experienced a double car break in. When I went to the leasing office to make a complaint, the only thing they told me was “I’m sorry and call police and insurance.” I asked for video footage and they said there were no cameras in the parking garage besides the first floor entrance. For the amount of money we’re spending on rent, I was livid to hear there was no cameras in the parking garage. The staff member did not sound empathetic whatsoever and I asked for help to get the glass cleaned up from both cars. She didn’t even offer, shout out to the kind maintenance staff that helped with vacuuming the glass from both cars. Because the garage gate never stays fixed, it’s so easy for people to go into the garage and break into cars. 5. Parking spots & towing. My husband and I paid for tandem parking for two cars. During the first year, people would park in our spots and we called the emergency number and it didn’t work. It was disconnected or not set up. During the 2nd year, we had another person park their car at night time, and there was no towing or security available to tow the car. It was so frustrating that we had no help. There was no negative consequences to have cars in our spots. It took multiple complaints from residents to finally get a consistent towing company. As of December 2023, the emergency line posted on the leasing office door goes straight to corporate. Who’s going to answer at 2am? We paid good money for our parking spots and we don’t want to deal with having people take our parking."
"DONT RENT THIS PLACE, OR AVOID APT 109/209/309/409/509 (water damaged units, check ceiling pic in p3) - The maintenance worker / leasing staff enter apartment without permission - No advance notice of hot water shut off which lasts for 2 days - Parking garage is broken since June and just got fixed, car gets broken in - Stolen or lost package - No 24 hr maintenance as they promised - Terrible management team 2022/12/09: My apartment had a major water damage 12:00 AM in the morning and the claimed 24 hr maintenance is not picking up the phone. 911 arrived but still unable to contact the manager or shut off the water. Units that are impacted have to find a place to stay on their own, some of them not having sleep until 7:30 am. They unplugged my security cameras and move all my furnitures to storage unit without my permission. Some of my furnitures are damaged due to this and they promised to send me a reimbursement check but I never received it. 2023/02: This place has another water intrusion on February. The construction is of poor quality. The manager Cathy told me they are suing the builder team for the poor water pipeline. So if you don’t want to be flooded by water in the midnight, DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! 2023/06/15: I moved out on the end of January but still haven’t got all my refund back up to now. Their accounting team clearly can’t make numbers match and gave wrong refund checks. 2023/11/19: Another major water issue. THANK GOD I MOVED OUT! Btw, after moving out for around 1 year, they have not paid back all my deposit yet and not responding to my emails :)"

The location is great too, with easy access to everything I need. But what really sets Eleanor apart is the exceptional service from the leasing manager, Lenore. From the moment I moved in, Lenore has been incredibly helpful and responsive, making me feel welcomed and at home.
