"I lived in this apartment since 2022. After moved out in 2023 Sep until now, I haven't received the deposit. The managers never reply to the emails, and it was extremely difficult to reach them through phone/office visit. The whole management is very chaotic and inefficient. When you ask to move in, they replied fast and when it comes to leaving and paying back money, they just disappeared! If Colonial Gardens does not return my deposit any longer, I have no option but to take legal action against them."

"I’d like to leave a negative review. I scheduled a visit to the apartment for 12 pm and set up another appointment for 1 pm, so I had two appointments lined up. I arrived at the location but found the office closed, and I’ve been waiting for over two hours. I tried to contact them via phone, but their communication was extremely unprofessional. During my third call, one of their representatives spoke to me in an unprofessional manner and didn’t even offer an apology for the initial delay. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with people."
