"I planned to move in back and applied for the new apartment. The new management is really shady, won't tell you everything until they waste all of your time. Wouldn't recommend it. Literally too much time wasted Called pg&e, got my renters insurance, paid the monthly rent, scheduled WiFi installation, filled the application, made the tour etc etc. even after everything is approved on the day when they are supposed to give the keys, got a phone call and says we cannot proceed with next steps. And they don't give any concrete reason, nothing is documented in their legal policies. Everything is verbal communication, so if you still decide to move make sure you ask them send you all the policies via email (which they don't have)."
"My family and I loved living at Oak Pointe. Besides its close proximity to schools, BART, places of worship, and shopping centers, it really was just a friendly neighborhood environment. What helped cultivate that was the manager, Jennifer. She was always friendly and attentive, and you could tell she really cares about her tenants. The maintenance staff were wonderful as well."

"Very quiet and peaceful place. Very attentive management. The schools are excellent and very close by. Farmers' market and Safeway very close by. Definitely recommend this place."
"Customer care is very useless . First I am found stove was not work . Management don't have SLA to fix. Maintancence I can give (- )star I am having. Prices are not fixed if you call then you will find one price and then go for agreement to sign you will get a different price."
