"They allow you to stay first than make too many restrictions on each every thing. Recently they got a new management they are worst and so rude people that I’ve ever seen. Don’t lease any apartment their."

"Essentially my Husband is jobless, & we are basically homeless now because of Village Green Apartments (who keeps changing their name now). We started going through the application process online process online about a month ago. We had called & talked to the manager prior to starting the application process because we are cautious people & wanted to make sure they had an apartment available, & that we would have a high chance of getting it. We have very good credit score, in the 700 range, high savings, & a guarantor. We were approved for move in about 2 weeks ago, so of course my Husband put in his 2 weeks at work (he basically quit since we live out of state. It's not like he would be able to keep his current job once we get to CA anyways). We did have friends line up work for us in CA as well. After we were approved though, they still kept screening us. They also kept reassuring us that everything was ok during this time, & that we were still approved. 4 days before move in, our status was then changed to denied. All because they couldn't prove my Husband was working, just by calling his boss (who has been on vacation). They didn't bother to ask us, "Yeah, is their another number we can have to reach another person at work?" or "Can your husband send in his tax returns or pay stubs?". Even if the boss calls them now, they said they can not reverse the decision. They also asked for my business license & tax returns, which I make so little myself I can not even file taxes this year (I just started getting back on my feet due to not being able to function for a few years. I couldn't walk, & was having up to 40 seizures a day that were triggered by sounds. Dr's originally thought I had MS, but was later diagnosed with Temporal Lobe Epilepsy & Lymes Disease). I'm pretty sure you don't need a business license if you sell through Etsy, in my current state at least... This is all after the fact that they already approved us. Not to mention we had enough money in savings to pay at least 2 years worth of rent at this place if we wanted. It didn't matter. Our 3 months worth of bank statements showed my Husband getting deposits from his work monthly, but that wasn't good enough either for them. They wouldn't even call our future employers to find out our future working status. My Husbands best friend is a Para Legal in the Bay area, & said this is very illegal what they did to us, & said if we sue we would definitely win (because my husband lost his job over this). We are now homeless too because we told our current landlord we were moving out, & he already has someone else moving in to replace us. This also puts my one pets health at risk, because she can not get treatment here, & I have been waiting to move to CA to see a specialist... She's basically not eating, drooling, lethargic, & is now having seizures. I'm writing all my personal issues not just to vent because this was a huge blow to me & my family, but because I wanted to point out that you could basically loose so much from planning on moving in here. My Husband is originally from Finland. Just know that this apartment asks for more proof then the government did when we applied for him to come over legally (& it's also harder to get approved as well). They said this happened because the online system asks for additional proof, so if we actually applied in person we would have gotten the place. So future applicants, please apply in person! Future applicants should also know that this place is very busy, so it takes awhile for them to get back to you- just be patient. The reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager here, Elena, is an angel. I genuinely think she was sympathetic towards our situation, & was trying everything she could to reverse the status to approved again. She is very kind, civil person- Only deal with her while applying to this apartment! Everyone else here sees you as money or a lawsuit waiting to happen; as a business, not as a person. Do not talk to Trish their Community Director, as she does not care to work with you."

"After several weeks of apartment shopping, open houses, and online ads, my girlfriend and I were able to come across the Mosaic Apartments! We had the opportunity to meet with Stephanie and Rudy and were able to set up a same day viewing of the property! Stephanie did an amazing job on explaining all the paperwork and really made it easy on the whole process. After 2 weeks of living here we are extremely happy with our decision and how easy the process was. I am so excited to see what the community will transform into with all the amenities onsite! Please call and ask for Stephanie!"

"Good place for living. Pretty quiet and safe area, the rent is about average. Friendly maintenance staff. Can recommend it. Had some suggestions regarding the organization, but I know the management team is working hard on them."

"I stayed there for six months. I felt like the management in the leasing was not good, I faced some issues and there were some instances were I had to pay 460$ for towing charges of my car for no particular reason and when I tried to talk to them, they promised me to return some part of the amount but that never happened. They come up with rules without prior notice and I had to pay 460$ because of their mistake which I never got back even after several calls and emails."
