"Hello People , I hope that you think before you rent at this Place. It's not just me lots of Tenants here are not Happy. They're are not Satisfied about the Management I mean the Manager. The Manager is Not A Person People , Doesn't know how to Communicate or listen to the Tenants. We've been renting here since my son birth and now he's almost 10 years old and another 3 year old. We ask for 2 bedroom since there are 4 people in 1 bed room unit for Low Income. To get 2 bed room No Need to re-apply just a Transfer but the Manager keep saying that we need to re-apply for the unit instead a Transfer. I just couldn't believe that she said that. It means that we have to sign again, low income. So we have to wait again and we're not the only one who is waiting. So now we are Stuck 1 bed room unit. Lots of Problem here. There's one tenant here just lost her Designated parking just because she bought a Mid Size Toyota Truck. Manager said its a Commercial Vehicle then another tenant ask for repaint the door to a different color since the tenant live here 30 years .For 30 years same color and then manager said to the tenant why don't you send someone to repaint the door. Because manager said there is No Budget and time. Then another Problem Pets, Lots of Pets Poop that we been complaining and still No Action. The Manager will do anything just to make you Leave or Move out just to rent your Unit to another future tenant. We ask the City about this but still No Answer even Low Income Management No Answer. The rent here is so high $1800+ for 1 bed room market price and its old Compound. No CCTV No Security , Lots of Roaches ."
