"STAY AWAY GUYS FROM THIS PLACE: Very Nasty place to live! Apartments are Overpriced, Zero Handicap Access, Elevator is not working at all and takes months to fix it (it feels 19th century to live here), handicap guys call 911 to bring them down and lift them back to their apartments, those poor folks , get out only for shopping and with the help of 911! Elevator would be down and last but not least, manager (Ariana) is the rudest lady. I am surprised, how no one from the management reads the reviews or leave a complaints reach out number!!"
"Horrible experience. I have been waiting for my booking deposit 200$ back since 10th June and Yubi the leasing agent told me at first that they will return in 21 days and I will receive a check. On following up with her after 21 days, I was told that I will get a check in 7 days. Now, it has been 37 days and she is not relying to my calls, emails and messages. I have asked multiple times to return my money but she is not responding. How can you keep my money? I hope someone sees this review and take an action. No other property does this and they return the money asap. I am never going to recommend anyone to this property."
"Worst apartments in Fremont. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE! It’s totally disgusting!!! Kelly the manager gossips about tenants, is nasty and very rude… she is never available in the office. Elevator breaks often. People yell all the time. Kids running around unattended! It’s a mess ! 0 stars"
"The management does it's best to squeeze every penny out of it's residents, police arrive on site consistently, drug users wander around freely, if your car isn't in perfect condition they will consistently threaten to tow it. They like to take their time when it comes to maintenance as well."
