"I m living here from one and half year. This is my very first home in USA. Place is very good as there is good amount of sunlight throughout the day. Maintenance and other services are also on point. The only negative point is there is no in-unit washer dryer available in any units. Other than that my experience is very good with this community. Definitely recommending this to my friends ☺️"
"I lived in Redwood Plaza apartment for around a year. It’s a great apartment and a very nice neighborhood. Grocery store, restaurants, train station- everything is nearby. Apartment manager Rita is very friendly. All the maintenance issues were resolved within a day. At the move-out time, no extra charges were taken except for light cleaning. I recommend this apartment"
"Its a good apartment. Any maintenance issue in the apartment was solved very quickly. People are friendly. Manager Rita and maintenance person Mauricio were very good. While leaving they charged only for light cleaning for carpet as we had kept the house in good condition. No extra charges were charged. Friendly neighborhood and calm area."
"The service has deteriorated drastically over the past months, the response from the Leasing office has fallen below any customer friendly standards. Earlier also there was maintenance issues but they were courteous and would fix it , but now they don't take accountability or responsiveness to fix it . So anyone who wants to rent newly here , take your chances , there are far better options in the neighbourhood ."
