"It’s not so much a bad experience as it is just bad business. I never formally submitted a work request it only came about after this very same survey came my way inquiring about another work I did not submit which left me to wonder if anyone has entered my dwelling without me being notified or informed both beforehand and afterwards. I was then told that a mistake had been made with apt # a on the work order which did not make me feel any more sure that no one had entered my unit but oh well what can one do other than assume trust right. Well it was in response to that survey that I mentioned the light outside my front, the bulb has been out the better part of a year. The light is outside my unit there is no switch for me to turn it off or on I don’t understand why it was up to me to request it be changed it literally was the only one in the complex not working for MONTHS 6 plus in fact. So yeah now it works great but you come walking up to the door you can’t help but notice that it is a different type of bulb than literally everyone every single one in the complex. That said I’ve lived here now about 2 years in may of 2022 I was laid off and had to find new work which I did then in 2023 my wife was laid off and had to find new work which she did. But since I was laid it has been difficult to say the least to get caught up and rent has been a challenge but it has been paid every month without exception late sure but paid none the less without ever lapsing. Now again that said you guys are right on top of me with 3 day notices come the fourth or fifth day of the month every month and then the rent gets paid without exception. So what I really want to know is how come it took just about a year to get that light changed and when it did get changed it is the wrong or maybe not wrong but is completely different than every other light above the front door of EVERY single unit. Sorry for the long novel but it needed to be said. Compassion is something that goes a long way and it has occurred to me that this place and it’s management are completely lacking and devoid of anything even resembling compassion or empathy of any sort. I think that is bad business pure plain and simple Thank you kindly and have a nice day."

"The staff is amazing, from the office to the maintenance team and always attentive to help whenever a maintenance request is issued or anything else regarding any question you may have. My experience with Pentagon has always been positive, when you treat people like “actual people” and not a number, you get a sense of understanding and it was that, that elevated my experience living here. Made me feel like I can live here comfortably. Thanks for everything, to all the staff to maintenance to office, truly amazing!"

"The property manager Patricia was rude. We arrived few minutes later than confirm appointment time and had called her in advance that we will be late , but after arrival she refused to show us the property, even though the office would close at 5:00 pm. The apartments are far expensive that actual value. The community is small with limited amenities and is not worth the price they want!"

"More like 4.5 stars! My only complaint is that if you have guests, there is no guest parking but there is street parking if they can find it. I just signed my second year-long lease -- the apartment is now under new management, who have really taken to improving things around the complex. Amber has been absolutely amazing and is so accommodating and kind. The on-site maintenance, Luis, is one of the kindest people I've ever met. He is always eager to help -- super responsive as well! Even before the management change, Pentagon honestly can't be beat for the price, especially for the amount of space you get. Definitely don't let the initial look fool you -- the remodeled units are beautiful and spacious. Never had a bug problem or issue with the laundry rooms personally -- the walls can be thin but nothing new to apartment living. If you are even a LITTLE bit interested in Pentagon, 10000% at least schedule a tour to view the model unit and you'll see why it's such a steal for the price and location and get to meet staff, who are so helpful. I've really loved living here and am happy to be here another year!"
