"Avoid this place at any cost. They make the application process intentionally hell to come up with all sorts of requests and clauses to get security deposits, holding deposit, and application fees. The leasing office is lazy, slow, overly sales pitched, and ditch you without any concern. Their goal is to get the security deposit at any cost from you. Most dishonest and improfessional team that I have ever seen. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Security Deposit scam."

"Do not consider this place! I repeat: GIVE YOURSELF A favor and avoid this place. Erika A. Manager of the place is DISHONEST. The conditions I returned my apartments were a million times better. At the time I got this unit, I had no other choice and the place was not even cleaned. All was documented on the initial check list. The property, as expected, changed management and they have taken the full deposit when I even paid to do a deep cleaning of the unit. Which I did not bother since it was only $95. I fixed the bathroom fan myself and fixed the washer malfunction; including other issues I had to do myself. The maintance guy is mistreated by staff and clearly does jot have full bandwidth of all the issues this property have. I left the unit in great conditions and all they are trying to do (Manager named Erika A.) is try to take my deposit without clear explanation of the charges. She claimed I did not leave a forward address when the 30 days notice requires it. Clearly, she just wants to take my money and probably, it is the same with other tenants. Again, this place is the worse night mare you can involve yourself with. Safe yourself a headache and find another apartment complex; they are plenty in that area. Hopefully, corporate will assign someone that understands the business and stops stealing people's money."

"Overpriced “gated community” that’s been wide open for the past five months! Solicitors knocking on your door, homeless people sifting through the trash and leaving the bags behind, nothing seems to bother the managers. If you need anything, you have to reach out to their managers using Sequoia’s website because they refuse to give you this information. They never sent a single email to the residents, if you’re wondering why the pool is closed you have to reach out to their manager to get this information. Had to deal countless cockroaches inside my house for months! The common areas are not taken care of and don’t look like the pictures they use… The gym is constantly open and people who don’t live here come to work out, someone stole the weights (yeah you read it right) and they have it on camera but still is been a month and management says “they’ll decide if they’re replacing them or not”. Don’t waste your time and your money, this place is not what it used to be."

"We’ve been living here for two years and planning to renew our lease for the third! I only really have positive things to say. We loved the old management and the previous maintenance couple, Angel and Ana, but we also love current maintenance Mike! He’s been incredibly helpful with our plumbing trouble and is always kind and willing to improve anything on the fly. Grateful for this place."
