Northgate Savoy

"It's been one month since I moved in, and I love it so far. Caitlin, the property manager, was very nice and helpful with the entire process and all my questions. She had a very positive vibe. The apartment is clean and spacious. There are lots of places nearby, such as restaurants, boba shop, Ranch 99, At&T, to visit and eat. I would recommend this place to my family and friends."

"From the beginning our experience at Northgate has been exceptional. The front office was very accommodating for our tour, the application process was clear and easy, and Caitlin walked us through the move-in procedures with professionalism and care. When we initially moved in, we had some minor issues with roaches, but I believe that could have been because the unit we are in was unoccupied for some time. After our first month (and a combination of reactive and proactive methods) we haven't had any additional issues with pests. There's an Amazon locker on site, but we also receive our packages to our door. When we received a package at our door while we were gone for a few days we simply called the office and Caitlin secured our delivery for us. Our only concern with our stay here is that this complex is advertised as a secure and gated complex, but in reality we have come across a few gates that were left unlocked or the locks were damaged/missing. We love the convenient location to 99 Ranch next door along with a number of delicious restaurants. There is a dog park located within the complex that has a pretty regular supply of doggy bags. Although some residents are not as diligent with picking up after their dogs, there must be someone that maintains the area because the dog waste is usually gone within a day or two. Across the street is a family-friendly park that we have enjoyed walking our dog around. We have only been at Northgate Savoy for about half a year now, but our experience overall has been very positive and would probably stay longer if our personal situations allow it."

"Ive lived in Northgate Apts for almost a year now and overall am very happy with my experience. The office staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds are always well maintained, its easy to submit a maintenance request online and they have addressed every issue Ive had big and small. Response times can vary but overall Im happy with the turnaround time. An opportunity for improvement are the laundry rooms; they are not key access, only open certain hours and there always seems to be at least 1 machine out of service or leaking. Could do with an update. Laundry is also quite expensive."

"From the day I toured the place with leasing staff Caitlin to my moving in, everything has been absolutely smooth and wonderful. I read many reviews about Northgate Savoy before moving here and I’m here to report that this place is peaceful, a good quality apartment home, and is a friendly residential community. I have absolutely no complaints. The leasing, management, and maintenance staff have been most helpful with assisting me. I have an apartment that is clean, renovated, inclusive of good quality appliances, and perfect for me. I feel safe and appreciate the gated community. My neighbors are kind and friendly. Caitlin was my leasing staff agent and she was very helpful, patient, kind, and went above and beyond to assist me and transition me into this lovely community. I am very grateful to call Northgate Savoy my home. For me, this place is also more affordable than other places I lived and toured. Thank you."
