"I wish there were 0 stars to rate Terrible experience. I've never encountered such disrespectful customer service before. When my wife and I visited the office for the first time to inquire about a new apartment, Crystal and Brea were present. Upon our arrival, they didn't even offer us a seat. I introduced myself and asked about apartment availability. Instead of providing helpful information, they handed me a map and instructed me to check it out myself. Throughout the interaction, both of them were consistently impolite. I even asked if they could mark the locations on the map for us, to which they responded with a dismissive attitude, saying, "Can't you see it's right here?" I then requested to speak to their manager, but Brea's response was no different. I inquired with Brea about speaking to her manager, to which she replied that the manager wasn't present and could only be met on Mondays. When I asked for her name, she hesitated at first, but after some insistence, she revealed that Christina was the manager's name. Feeling shocked and humiliated by this encounter, I left the office in disbelief. Later, I had a conversation with some current residents outside the building, and they were equally surprised to hear about my experience. They assured me that Christina, the manager, is usually very helpful and capable of addressing such concerns. I sincerely hope that Christina and the management team read about my experience , recognize the gravity of the situation and take appropriate actions."
