"Lived here for almost 3 years. Huge mold issue because the sprinklers we constantly broken and spraying everwhere. In those years I had numerous maintenance issues. On Christmas night the neighbor above me had an issue with his water heater draining into our apartment. I called the so called "emergency" number many times. It took them 2 hours to get back to be because the person on call was at a "Christmas party" per Carina the property manager. My apartment was flooded that night. Another time my carbon monoxide alarm was going off when the heater clicked on. Once again called the emergency number to no avail, ended up calling PG&E out to check the issue. The following day they checked in from the rental office. No urgency or helpfulness from this apartment manager. In fact the hours say 11am to 6 but the only time you will find anyone there is on the 1st thru 5th of the month while they are collecting rents. Don't expect too much from this place, very bad management. In fact they took $180. Plus paint costs out of my deposit to repaint the walls that had horrible mold issues."

"We stayed in this community for 3+ years and our experience is wonderful. We interacted with Carina and her maintenance staff multiple times and they're pleasant to interact. The maintenance issues are resolved on time. While it's true that Carina is not available few times in the leasing office, she's reachable either by phone or email most of the time. The units are older and the walls are thinner but that's how most of the apartments are in Fremont. We had few repairs in the unit but they were addressed promptly. The community is gated and near to shopping complex and good schools. If you're okay to live in older units then I would definitely recommend this apartments."

"Not recommended this apartment. If you rent this apartment, always you will be scary to live in this poorly maintained apartment with rude management. they never listen to you and unexpected increasing rent. We will get good quality apartment by paying similar rent. Management paid $10 to all resident to write good review to get more future resident and making fool to them. Not a good place to live."

"WARNING!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!! I lived in this apartment complex for a year and during that time I had a horrible experience. The manager CARINA is almost never in her small box closet of a leasing room. Secondly, she has a horrible attitude and personality. My unit constantly had an issue. Due to the fact that apartment complex itself was made in the early 1800’s it seems (lol), all you get is bad appliances, cheap material and rusted, places. My apartment had ROACHES at one point and CARINA called a cheap exterminator to my unit who barely achieved anything. Everything about this apartment is CHEAP AND BASIC. The pool is dirty just like the gym so I never used them. The bathroom grows mildew along the window lining if you don’t open it when you shower to let air in. My sink and toilet were always clogged and whenever you have a maintenance issue you have to write the request down on a stupid piece of paper and submit it to CARINA who is never in the office. I really hate her. She’s so stupid. Anyways, I have warned you guys. DO NOT RENT HERE. IT IS TRASH!!!!!! They may lure you in with a cheap deal but that’s because their apartment is TRASH. Peace you guys!"
