"Stayed in the apartment for 4 months in 2021. We ended up leaving early and had to terminate our lease early, but to do this they made us pay for the rest of the lease. They said that they would prorate me the rent back if they found new renters before the lease was schedule to end. They did find new renters but I never say any of the money. Also deducted a large amount from security deposit for routine cleaning and carpet cleaning in spite the fact we left the place spotless - this is against the law. Very hard to communicate with the property managers and everything took 4-5 emails and calls for any response. If you have a choice, don’t move here."

"We rented for a year and a couple months at this place and recently just moved out. Horrible experience, had a maintenance request submitted on Feb/March 2020 for our stove which they never got to fixing until we moved out March 2021. Took months for them to replace refrigerator and our food ended up going back because of it. A month or so into staying in the apartment light bulbs were out, things meant to stay on the wall kept coming off (not properly maintained). Then they had the audacity to keep the remaining balance for our deposit when we have pictures that we left the apartment complex clean and without any of our remaining things. Every month we were billed and it never specified what the charges were for. Our last bill included a "MOVE OUT FEE" which was never mentioned before and other fees that just never made sense and I felt was just added to take out deposit away. Wouldn't suggest anybody to stay here."

"Great apartments but just parking and how close together it is, is a bit of a problem. I had a few shouty neighbors and of course there are plenty of skunks, raccoons and stray cats that frequent this place. There also seems to be a high turnout rate of tennants, yet those who've been there for a while are pretty chill and friendly."
