"This review is specifically for the maintenance staff. Kevin is quick and responsive and took care of two maintenance needs within one day of requesting service. The communication was clear as to when he would come and he was kind upon entering our unit to fix an electrical outlet and our shower knob. Thank you Kevin! Update: 1/10/2024 I'd also like to give a shout out to Jojo who is also a part of Eaves Pacifica's stellar maintenance staff. He's always greeting us when we see him around the complex and is so cheerful. He was helpful during the summer when we first moved in and needed repairs for the drawers of our kitchen. Today he picked up our Christmas tree ahead of schedule, which was great. Thank you Jojo!"

"I've lived at eaves pacifica since 2017. It's had its ups and downs. When we first moved in, we had loud neighbors downstairs and next to us. The office staff at the time was very responsive to our concerns. Now we have great neighbors who are respectful and quiet. The staff in the office has changed and isn't responsive. First, they don't answer the phone anymore. You have to leave a message and it's frustrating waiting for them to return your call. Even when you go to the office the door is never open and it's locked. The door has a sign to call. Doesn't make sense. The maintenance is great and responsive when you use the portal to request service. They have always been great except for one time.another thing is the pool. It's always cold even though they say it's heated. Also, the laundry room rules aren't enforced like people don't get the laundry out when it's done drying. One time a lady brought a dog in the laundry room which wouldn't stop barking even when I held my ears and told her to go outside. These rooms are small. The office said they would put a sign saying no dogs allowed but never did. Its a no smoking building but i smell smoke most days. Rules used to be enforced immediately but now not so much. Our apartment is roomy which is great."
