"The staff here are amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Great views, walking and hiking and very easy to get transit to and from SF. Yes the site is in need of some TLC. But company investment will be the only thing to improve this."

"Stayed here for a couple months. Awesome staff and great location. Jarryn and Andrew were awesome hosts and always had a smile and a kind word. I found myself next to some pretty inconsiderate people who would throw cigarette butts on the ground. I requested a move, and they accommodated immediately, and had some words with the former neighbors about respect for the property and others. Great customer service. Great location. Wonderful experience."

"It needs work. It's old and could use some maintenance. Sites are close together and power pedestals are old and rusty. It's camping in an asphalt parking lot. The best thing about it is the view. We were right on the ocean. The air was fresh and clean, and we heard the waves pounding all night. It's a beautiful location."

"Location, location, location! Stayed 1 night on our way from Vancouver to Disneyland, loved the view and throughly enjoyed a day in the City. The site is under new management, and they’re working hard on upgrades, so the facilities are not the best yet, but we use our RV bathroom so didn’t make any difference to us. The manager was very welcoming, and I can’t imagine you’ll find a better location so close to the city. I highly recommend this spot."

"Great location and great service from the office staff. Weekends They have a light breakfast. Nice views of the ocean, except the RVs don't face it, and other RVs block any view. Front facing spots gone to erosion sadly (fell into the ocean). Not their fault that nature rules. What's left is very close quarters with very little room, which means looking right into the windows of your neighbors with maybe a foot to spare. No wifi. Pool and spa closed for renovation, clubhouse also gone. They are working hard to make it better."
