"I like the apartment. I like the staff. However, there are a lot of sneaky fees. What I actually pay in rent varies greatly. Also, when I rented this apartment it was advertised for $200 less than it actually cost. I was informed by the woman showing me the property that there was no such unit at that price. I also hate paying for the concierge garbage service. I tried using it several times when I moved to this apartment, but they never actually took my trash. The extra fees are the worst of any place I’ve lived. Oh, but on another good note, if you need anything fixed they’re on top of it"

"I called and spoke with Gesenia, she fit me in for a tour the same day. The communication and follow up since then has been so good I’ve moved them to the top of my application list. The facility’s on property are nice, and I love the secured package area. If you’re from a beach city and relocating for a job to SF, definitely consider OceanAire for its location, amenities and overall beach city vibes. The photo is from the future resident parking and it is a beautiful view from the start."

"Wow! Toured with Gesenia today and she was amazing! I’m not looking to move until the later end of the year but wanted to see my options. She was so friendly and thorough throughout my tour. She made me feel so welcomed and it is hard now a days to find this level of customer service. Not only was she friendly, caring, compassionate she was also professional! If you get a tour with her be prepared to have an amazing experience!"

"Pros: - Incredible amazing view !!! - Steps away from the beach. - Nice and quiet neighborhood. - Good, lighted and clean underground garage. - There is always someone in the office eager to help out. - Mailboxes are secured inside the building. - Small but functional gym. Cons: - Asbestos - Lead paint. - Pricey for such a small apartment. - No insulation, if it's cold outside, it's cold inside. - Huge fake fireplace that doesn't provide heat and only takes lots of space in an already small apartment. - No AC and the heater does not heat the place. - $25 monthly charge for valet garbage collection you don't need and cannot opt-out of. - No fiber internet coverage. - Instead of railing, the balcony has huge brown wooden slacks blocking half of the amazing view outside. - Porch lights are not motion activated, they are always full bright, blocking half the amazing night view and stars. - No microwave. - The extractor over the kitchen is fake and does nothing. - In-unit washer dryer were added recently, taking over the living room storage closet, so the only storage space left is the bedroom closet. No storage outside. - No yoga space."
