"This is by far the WORST experience I have had searching for a residence. I've visited multiple San Diego properties and was given proper and TIMELY service. This property is not up to par. From the false perception of its' boutique feel, to the poor treatment from upper management; I would give this location a D. The only reason it's not an F in my humble opinion, is there was one individual by the name of Bella who was very friendly and business oriented. Aside from that, this rental option is not on my recommendation list. My advice...If you are seeking apartments in the San Diego area, keep searching!"

"So far, I have been here for 6 to 7 months now and I have to be completely honest with you, this place is overly expensive for their apartments, especially for a studio. I know that this downtown, but to change the rent every single month is outrageously insane. Don't get me wrong, I like it here, but seriously...come on. You have substance use abusers across the street yelling at each other all night, you have people who doesn't know how to train their dogs and on top of that u have homeless people sneaking in the building to charge their phones on the patio,in the hallways and whatnot. I'm done talking about this matter, so I'll let it go."

"This place doesn't comply with city ordinance/regulations in regards to parking and towing. For a place that doesn't provide nor implement parking permits and doesn't require one for their tenants, they are very quick to violate local laws in terms of towing practices. Take note of the absence of proper signage to indicate visitor parking and not to mention the lack of parking assignments per unit. So it really doesn't justify the stringent parking policy (which isn't even outlined on rental lease) that they are implementing by towing cars that can very well be a tenant's vehicle."

"I’ve lived in Gaslamp eight years and this is my sweet spot. It’s affordable and still close to everything without being at the center of all the noise. I do enjoy how quiet it is here all the way until six in the morning. The staff genuinely cares about each concern I brought to them. The amenities are really nice. I do not mind sacrificing a pool to save a little bit on rent and have a more peaceful complex. Parking is a breeze and I rarely have any need to ask Maintenance for help."

"Living here was the worst decision I have made in my entire life. It was overly expensive. The apartments across the street were half the price of this place. I wish I had known that before moving in. There are homeless everywhere inside and outside the building. The homeless across the street are constantly yelling, doing drugs, and selling drugs. I vever opened my windows or went on my balcony because of them. There is no form of security here. The maintenance personnel are the only ones trying to keep the place safe. The residents let their dogs pee and poop everywhere. The garage door is always broken and cars are constantly under threat of being broken into. The stairwells always smell like pee. The only good thing about the place is the maintenance personnel. They are extremely friendly and honestly the only good thing about the place."
